Digital Permitting Peer Network

The DPPN has the following network objectives to support local governments and First Nations communities to successfully transition to digital permitting processes and tools by bringing local government and First Nations staff together to support peer learning and knowledge sharing.

The purpose of the DPPN is to:

• Accelerate local government and First Nations understanding and adoption of digital permitting processes and tools
• Facilitate two-way communication between local governments, First Nations communities, and the Province of BC to provide consensus, advice, and recommendations to the Province, as well as enable cross-community collaboration to support shared learning and alignment
